1. Preparation of initial documents
Get a chip at any veterinary clinic, then a complex rabies vaccine (rabies + other vaccinations), wait 21 days, this is necessary for your pet to develop antibodies to rabies.
After 21 days, call the TALISMAN veterinary clinic +7 777 733 15 15, address: Sauranbaeva 1, arrange for a blood draw for analysis. You will be given an appointment with a veterinarian. On the appointed day, bring your hungry pet to the appointment. The analysis costs 150,000 Tenge and takes up to one and a half months (consider the time). When ready, they will call you and invite you to get the results.
*Important! The blood sample must be sent to the Moscow VGNKI laboratory.
2. Make an agreement with a pet relocation company in Dubai

3. Visit a pet store that has a large selection of carriers.

4. Make an agreement with cargo

5. Obtaining a veterinary certificate
Come with all the documents without your pet to the Veterinary Center of Almaty city at the address: Toretai 30a, open only on weekdays from 9:30 to 18:00, entrance on the left side of the building through the barrier. Before your visit, make several copies of all the documents you have (passport, veterinary passport, antibody titers) and, of course, don’t forget the originals, you’ll need everything. You fill out an application on the spot, and eventually you will be given a blue CERTIFICATE. It all takes no more than 15-20 minutes. You will need many copies of each document, make at least five (customs, veterinary control, ministry). Next, go to the Bereke bank on Gogol 30, pay the fee for F1 (186t., cash only accepted), they will provide you with a memo with the details.

6. Obtaining a veterinary certificate F1
With a certificate, payment receipt, originals of all documents and their copies, go to the Ministry of Agriculture at the address: Almaty (Makataeva 15), it is close to the bank. Fill out the application. In the recipient column, write the details of the DeloroPets company. Make no mistake, otherwise unnecessary problems may arise!
The next day, come again to Makataeva 15 to get your completed Certificate f1. Carefully check the sender and recipient, the recipient must be DeloroPets. If indicated incorrectly, the Certificate will be remade for you in 10 minutes. Send a photo of the F1 Certificate to DeloroPets.

7. Prepare documents for cargo (the pet is flying out tomorrow morning)
After you have received the F1 certificate from the Ministry of Agriculture of Almaty IMMEDIATELY, I.E. ON THE SAME DAY, you should visit Air Astana CARGO for paperwork, with all the package of documents, carrier and animal. If it is not done this afternoon or evening, then you will have to do this at night, starting at about 3 am, with no room for error.
CARGO Air Astana. Arrive at the address: Akhmetova 51 (Zakarpatskaya 51), find the Air Astana cargo office (at the end of the building), fill out documents, pay for services (about 80,000 tenge, depending on your pet’s box), receive a package of accompanying documents (send immediately DeloroPets photo of the received air waybill) and with these documents and the carrier with the pet you go on to complete the registration.
WAREHOUSE. First, along Zakarpatskaya to the warehouse where the cargo is received. At the warehouse, they weigh the cage with the animal again, put stamps on the documents, take away the cage, and you keep the animal! Don’t forget to bring a carrier so that you have something to carry the animal back in.
VETERINARY CONTROL. After you have given the cage to the warehouse, you go to the Veterinary Control of the airport (Zakarpatskaya 1B, entrance from Akhmetova Street), located next to the airport building, Aksunkar Hotel, first floor, room 106, immediately to the left of the entrance. The veterinarian puts his stamps on the accompanying documents; the presence of the animal is not required.
CUSTOMS. After veterinary control, you return back to Akhmetova 51, head to the customs officer (on the left through the checkpoint, in the trailer) this will be almost the final stage of preparing documents for shipment. After customs, you can go home with your pet (departure tomorrow morning).

8. Send your pet
By 5 am you arrive at the warehouse where you left the cage, they open the gate for you and place the cage on the border of the clean zone, you place your pet in it, close the cage and then it will fly to the UAE.
Go/drive to Akhmetova 51, where the Air Astana office is located, before reaching the office, hand over all transport documents on the left at window No. 12, pay for terminal services (approximately 1200 t.) and hand over a SEALED package (they will give it to Air Astana cargo) with the original documents on the pet so that they are ATTACHED to the transport documents and they fly away with the pet.
